Last updated: 12 May 2026 · Effective immediately

1. Overview

SwipeTrack ("we", "us", "the App") is a single-player track-running game published for iOS. We respect your privacy and have designed the App to collect as little personal data as reasonably possible. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information stored only on your device

The following data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's standard preference storage and never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it or back it up via iCloud (managed by iOS, not by us):

2.2 Information processed by Apple

When you download or interact with SwipeTrack on the App Store, Apple may collect data subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy. We do not control or have access to most of this data. If you opt in to crash reports and analytics sharing in iOS Settings, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash diagnostics with us through App Store Connect.

2.3 Information you provide directly

If you contact our support team via email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

2.4 Information we do not collect

3. How we use information

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. Sharing of information

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

5. Children's privacy

SwipeTrack is rated suitable for all ages and contains no chat, no in-app purchases targeted at children, and no advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

Locally-stored gameplay data persists until you delete the App or reset its data via iOS Settings. Support email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Aggregated crash diagnostics are retained according to Apple's policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us at privacy@swipetrack.run. You can also delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information we process. No system, however, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data transfers

Where data is processed outside your country of residence (for example, by Apple's servers), it is transferred under appropriate safeguards such as Apple's Standard Contractual Clauses. By using the App you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the App or our website prior to taking effect.
